Thermosetting high antisepsis Powder Coating
The thermosetting high antisepsis powder coating is a kind of modified epoxy antisepsis powder coating, which has the properties of good anti-acid,anti-alkli,anti-solvent,heat resistance, wet and cold resistance, It is used for pipeline carrying oil, gas, and water. The products we produced is advanced than that of other suppliers not only in domestic but also in the foreign countries.
Specifications: PE three layer (the inner layer is antisepsis powder), Single antisepsis, Double antisepsis Three antisepsis(the outside one is antisepsis powder with good durability), usually used for pipeline in open air, steel contraction shelf
Properties: Specific gravity:1.3-1.5g/cm3 Non-moisture content: ≥99.4% Magnetism content:≤0.002% Particle size: 250um≤0.2% 150um;≤3% Curing time: It depends on the different type.
Application Flow chart: workpiece→(medium channel) pre-heating→sandblast→catch dust→heating(medium channel)→electrostatic spray→curing→cooling →inspect→finished products.
Remark: The inside of pipeline shall be used tribo-gun, pump method and hot spraying method. The outside of pipeline usually adopted electrostatic spraying method, and for special workpiece usually adopted pipelining and electrostatic spraying method. Before spraying, the workpiece needs pre-heating.

Packaae and Storaae: Every PE bag contain 20KG, stored in cool and dry place below temp 30°C for 1 year, far from fire.
